Information You Need To Know

A public insurance  adjuster is a licensed and bonded insurance professional that negotiates insurance claims and acts as a fiduciary agent on behalf of property owners.

WE ONLY WORK FOR YOU, NOT INSURANCE COMPANIES!

Public adjusters are experts in dealing with insurance companies through expert claims negotiation, insurance policy review, and maximizing the recovery owed to you by your insurance carrier. Public adjusters have the ability to finalize claims quickly by holding insurance companies to the letter of the law. Insurance carriers are notorious for minimizing payouts to property owners. Do you know exactly what to ask from your carrier?

Contractors of any kind cannot adjust insurance claims for property owners in Texas. Many contractors advertise they can work with your insurance carrier through the claims process and do the work needed to complete your claim. THIS IS NOT LEGAL! Contact the Texas Department of Insurance if you see this or have questions.

Texas Insurance Code 4102: A contractor may not act as an adjuster or advertise to adjust claims for any property that the contractor is providing or may provide services.

A public insurance adjuster is paid a small percentage(10%) of the total claim amount agreed to from an insurance carrier. This fee is paid only after payment is received from the insurance carrier. This fee is offset by securing the maximum settlement  which the average property owner or contractor cannot obtain for themselves. Contractors can complete your project with all remaining funds!

OUR PAY IS PERFORMANCE BASED!!!

Your insurance carrier’s job is to minimize any and all payments to property owners. Don’t be discouraged! There are many good insurance company adjusters who do take care of their policy holders. On the flip side, There are many adjusters in the industry that are experts in denying claims or paying a small percentage of what property owners are owed.
